Effective November 3, 2022, Scioto County Children Services has moved to Scioto County Job & Family Services - 710 Court Street, Portsmouth, OH 45662.
The Children Services phone number 740-456-4164 is still in use, in addition to the JFS phone number 740-354-6661, which also provides access to CPS.
To reach Children Services, call either of these numbers and select Option 1 - for Protective Services, then Option 2 - for Children Services.
This move will reduce facility costs and make work much more efficient by realizing operational synergies.
